CURRENT OPEN POSITIONS
FULL STACK DEVELOPER INTERNSHIP
Our internship provides a fully comprehensive overview of what it takes to be a full stack developer on our team. We provide 1 on 1 training and practical application work to ensure that you not only know how to develop, but understand how all components work together as a part of website architecture. Our goal is to never have a member of the team siloed, but to show how what you do contributes to a bigger picture which coincides with you serving as a vital contributor in businesses achieving their digital goals.

Internship: December 2023 – July 2024
Internship Goals
- Goal 1: Learn about the full project lifecycle within our organization
- Goal 2: Assess Business Requirements documents (requirements gathering and analysis overview) to understand the What? Why? and Who? for prospective clients
- Goal 3: Develop High-Level Design Documents (HLD) including the architecture for the website i.e., a website blueprint (config, back end, and front-end requirements)
- Goal 4: Develop an advanced understanding of website architecture (website configuration, back-end components, and front-end UI/UX design)
- Goal 5: Implement online marketing best practices through user friendly functionality coupled with design and search engine optimization (SEO)
- Goal 6: Understand agile project management governance and best practices to serve on a project team to contribute to estimations, project tracking, and deliverable completion within scope, budget, and schedule while adopting best practices for communication & risk management
Required Education
- Related technical bachelor’s degree (Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering) or equivalent training
Required Experience
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript
- Knowledge of back- and front-end web development— designing, building, and maintaining accessible, responsive websites
