Monthly, your payment is due the same date each monthly. We can turn on automatic payments so billing is hands free OR you can manually pay when the bill is due each month

Unfortunately, no because once service is rendered, all sales are final, but you can always cancel your maintenance plan subscription before the next billing date, so you do not incur any additional charges.

No worries, we can send you a separate bill for that particular service that you are in need of. We understand that not all needs are in the scope of your subscription plan such as website redesigns, website new pages, etc.

No all pricing is customized. Example: A 100 Page Website with an eCommerce store + Membership database would have a different maintenance cost then a 3 Page informational website. We put together custom maintenance plans based on the amount of time + effort it would take to maintain your specific website.
